Employers are looking for national certification, not the place you earned your certificate of completion from. You can save a lot of money and time by just completing an online medical coding course. A college degree is not preferred by employers.

You are allowed 12 months to complete the course. You will not receive a certificate of completion, if not completed within that time. You would need to sign up for the course again and pay the fee again.
